Organised the First Shoulder Conclave 2004 meeting on shoulder problems, at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune on the 7th & 8th of February 2004, including Operative demonstrations, Hands on workshop. Registrations touched 105 and 15 faculty members were invited, including three foreign faculty members. Simultaneously organised a Physiotherapy meeting on shoulder physiotherapy with an international faculty.

Organising Secretary for CME on Shoulder problems on 10th October 2004 at Sancheti Hospital, Pune with Chief invitee - Mr. Peter Campbell, Australia.

Organiser for the 2nd Shoulder & Elbow Conclave 2005 held on 14th & 15th May 2005 @ Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune. Two live arthroscopy procedures performed followed by didactic lectures & ended with two workshops on Knot tying skills & shoulder rehab.

Organising Secretary of the 28th Annual Indian Association of Sports Medicine 2006 conference in Pune – 26th to 29th October 2006. Ten foreign faculty members and 20 National faculty members. Unprecedented six Pre conference workshops

Organiser of several PSRP Shoulder rehab whole day workshops every year since 8 years (13 so far) First Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty Workshop with live surgery on 16th May 2010 at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital – Guest faculty – Geraud Chamille from Toulouse, France. This was the first Reverse Shoulder replacement performed in India.
Have conducted & participated in over 35 Shoulder workshops including Live demonstration surgery for Bankart repair – Open and Arthroscopic and Shoulder replacement surgery too.
